PCD compact is synthesized by diamond powders and carbide substrate under high temperature and ultrahigh pressure. This kinds of polycrystalline diamond compound used for PCD cutting tools is developed based on the BERLT unique material preparation technology. According to different workpiece material and cutting condition, BERLT has developed PCD material with various size and various binder system for high efficiency machining of nonferrous metals and non-metallic materials.
